I purchased their Groupon and tried to schedule an appointment that was a EPIC FAIL. I guess they have one person doing it all. I called and the young lady who answered said she was busy with a client and would call me back. That never happened. I called back on a completely different day and no one answered and the voicemail was full. I returned my Groupon for a credit towards services elsewhere.
The absolute worst! They trick you very well. I purchased 2 eight session packages off GROUPON. Customer service started off well. I was impressed. The "spa" (if that's what you want to call it) was super cute on the inside. However, only cleaned well the first day....Unfortunately a lot of small black owned businesses do not offer decent/good customer service nor consistency. This place is beautiful. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable about their services. I will be returning.
