We have received pool service until May 19th, 2023. We had paid 3 months in advance until the end of August as 5 months as we were in Europe. Knowing our travel plans, the pool service has stopped without our knowledge or approval. The service is stopped as we no longer get “Pool serviced” messages as of May 19th. BAD and/or MISSING SERVICE VISITS We prepaid for 3 months of service as we were leaving on an overseas trip. I would normally get an auto email when the pool is serviced. These messages stopped after about 2 weeks of my overseas departure. I came back early and found the pool in bad condition. I took a water samples to the nearby pool shop and 5 items were found to be out-of-range. This water test was done 2-3 days after my return.
