I went to get my nails done today, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The young lady who did my manicure took a very long time and did a poor job. As you can see, my nails were not properly cleaned, and she left most of the cuticles untouched. The lady with the dreadlocks who did my pedicure had extremely long hair, which made it difficult for her to properly take care of my feet and maintain a professional appearance during the service. I was on vacation from Nashville and I was so skeptical on finding a shop to do a full set and pedi. Needless to say I was so pleased with the hospitality and service. They took their time and ensured quality work. Full sets last maybe 2.5 good weeks where I’m from if you’re lucky. From here it lasted almost 2 months. I’ll be back in December and will definitely be returning. Yall are AMAZING!!
Karina was friendly and super engaging. She did an excellent job on my nails and gave an excellent massage. The nail shop and rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will be returning.
