I just got a treatment done with Raquelin and I'm very disappointed with this small business. She is very unprofessional and she will not return my money that I requested because she burned me. I paid for 6 sessions and I requested my money back after the first session. I let her know that since I was not satisfied with her work and her frequently changing my appointment time that if she can refund me. I had such an amazing experience!! Not only is Raquelin very professional and knowledgeable, but she is so sweet and puts you at ease during the treatments. She helped me with my arms and face.
