I contacted Skinner's Drilling and Well Service at the beginning of December 2024 and gave the office assistant my name, phone #, description of my land and the exact latitude and longitude of a proposed water well drill location. The nice lady said to expect a call back within the week. Not getting a call back after two weeks, I called back and one of the owners answered and said that he would look over the information I left and call back in 20 minutes.
