A vehicle that I was interested in had been posted for several weeks with only one picture and not a whole lot of details. I contacted the dealership and someone responded promptly and she was very honest and friendly but there was more. She told me that she didn't know why the vehicle was listed and it should not be on the site (but it was also on the dealership's official website) because it had some it and they were deciding if they were going to repair it or not and if so the price would increase significantly.
