Ive had the same haircut for over 20 years. Sides & back shaved, long on top. My hair was shoulder length. Straight up said 'shave the sides & leave 3-4 inches on top. Dude asked if I wanted to go with a razor smooth on sides & a fade. Told him no guard, leave stubble & no fade.
