I have been going to Skinner's service garage for about 2 and 1/2 years now. And I've always gotten excellent service and the staff are very courteous and will answer any questions you have and make good decisions if you can't make. Their workmanship is good and they will tell you exactly what needs to be done after they have inspected your vehicle for the issues you were bringing it there for and give you options on what you want to do. Good people, excellent service!
Decided to have my car towed to this location after my engine stalled about 75 miles from home. After doing some preliminary checks and replaced some oil, they recommended an engine replacement. Because my car has less than 100k in miles, she recommended I call Kia about my car troubles, even went so far as to provide me with Kia's Customer Service number. So glad she did because there is a recall that may resolve my problems, potentially saving me thousands of dollars. Would absolutely recommend, and thank you again!
