New installation. Equipment failed in a short time and Skinner never returned multiple calls for service. Had to have systems replaced by another contractor.
Use Dennis Skinner services several times in the past even to replace an entire unit. Thought he would stand behind his work but since last October there have been attempts to contact him to repair unit he installed (in 2017) that was not cooling. No response to text messages directly to him. Very unprofessional even if he couldn’t fulfill a repair appointment he should have answered with a can’t be of service. I would not recommend to anyone.!!
Great people and quick service. He is understanding and willing to work with people.
