The lawn crew that services my office is absolutely fabulous. They keep our lawn in pristine shape.
Their actual service at my home has been great. Their teams are on time, professional, and everything is done well. However, contacting ANYONE at the company to discuss a billing question was impossible. I have made multiple calls at different times during the day and left several voicemail messages, but have never received a return call. The lack of customer service has pushed me to look elsewhere for service. Update: Finally received a call back. Skinner Lawn Services recently did some landscaping for us in the front of our office building. Our office is located on a main road and is very visible to ongoing traffic. Cody Sale had some really great advice on what would look best in that space and the quote we received was right within our budget. We received a quote the next day and we able to get on their schedule right away. They did an amazing job and we are thrilled with the appearance it now has from the busy road.
