I don’t leave reviews very often but I was so impressed by the quick delivery time I had to! My order was delivered the next day (shipping was free too) and even came with a personalised brochure. Love it!!

Terrible customer service if you want to return. I had to return a product as I realised I was allergic to it before even opening the product. Return postage was not covered. Returned it in the original box that was delivered with its free items, just without a 'protective paper' as I threw it away and the product was not breakable anyway. They threatened to not give a refund just because I didn't include 'protective paper' and the item was 'rattling around'. I love this store. They provide high quality products at great prices. The dispatch and shipping are very quick and seamless, with constant and timely updates. They also provide personalised information and advice on how to use samples in your skincare routine in a leaflet that comes in the package. I also appreciate their approach to sustainability, all the packaging materials are recyclable.
