Long overdue review... The staff here truly sets this place apart – they're exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Special shout out to Kristel and Noelle. While the services and quality of results they offer are comparable to other medical spas, it's the warmth and attentiveness of their team that makes a real difference. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable, offering great value without compromising on service or quality.
The lady has to put the machine on higher degree and also they don’t shave extra fine hair on face so you realize after the session that you have it it’s like waist of time and money
No matter how many times I asked them to set the laser hair removal to a higher power, they just didn’t care. This can make the hair more resistant to the laser. It feels like they want customers to need more sessions. I’ve been to other laser clinics, and this one is by far the worst. Other places treat areas with resistant hair twice, but they don’t. The sessions here are way too short. I do not recommend this place.
The nurses are amazing at making the client feel very relaxed and comfortable. My problem is that the appointments feel rushed because the nurses are overbooked. As soon as someone walks out, another person walks in. I’m concerned about how this rush may lead to mistakes in sanitization, though I haven’t myself experienced any. Moreover, I’ve noticed that the laser removal isn’t as thorough as it should be. Many areas are missed.
