This was an extremely disappointing experience for me and my friends. We wasted both our time and money. After nine laser hair removal sessions, none of us saw any noticeable results. The staff at the reception are unprofessional and don’t care about customer satisfaction or whether the treatment actually works. They also scammed us by miscounting our sessions. Long overdue review... The staff here truly sets this place apart – they're exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Special shout out to Kristel and Noelle. While the services and quality of results they offer are comparable to other medical spas, it's the warmth and attentiveness of their team that makes a real difference. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable, offering great value without compromising on service or quality.
