I had a very disappointing experience at Skin Laundry today. I drove one hour to attend my appointment and had already completed all required forms in advance. The initial staff member was professional and helpful, and everything seemed on track. However, once I was taken to the treatment room, I explained that I do not speak English fluently and asked to use a phone translator or have my husband assist me over the phone.
