I’ve had really great experiences at Skinlab so far. Everyone here is super friendly and every appointment I’ve had has been good. I’ve actually noticed a difference in my skin after my treatments which is the biggest thing for me. What I appreciate most is that they’re always willing to answer questions and explain different options but I’ve never felt pressured into booking anything extra or buying more than what I came in for. I had a great experience at Skinlab MediSpa Toronto. The clinic is clean, modern, and very professional. I went in for a K-beauty style treatment and the whole process felt very comfortable. Jinnie was the one who helped me, and she was amazing—very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the treatment and skincare tips. Update: Hailey is the always the best. I've been back multiple times to see her Christina, Yujin, and the whole Skinlab Medi Spa team were very nice and friendly. I came for the ulthermage and had a great experience. I was very nervous about the pain, but they were so reassuring throughout the process. Hope to see the team again!
