My mother just visited this place because she taking some of my botox I had previously paid for. They did not even speak with her or give her a consultation even though it was her first time and acted like they were so busy. When she was done, she asked them a question about how many units she had left to another employee bc the employee that was helping her just told her to grab her stuff and leave when she was done, and they said "I didnt help you so I don't know". I’ve had really great experiences at Skinlab so far. Everyone here is super friendly and every appointment I’ve had has been good. I’ve actually noticed a difference in my skin after my treatments which is the biggest thing for me. What I appreciate most is that they’re always willing to answer questions and explain different options but I’ve never felt pressured into booking anything extra or buying more than what I came in for.
