I had to get my nose repeirced and I also wanted a conch piercing too. This was only my second time being peirced by a cannula, so I was afraid that it would hurt. But the man doing the piercing made me feel comfortable. In fact everyone in the new Karingal store made me feel at ease. Being told to eat prior to the appointment and having something to drink too, was really an excellent. Sanitary conditions throughout the store. the service was terrible and the workers didn’t know what they were doing. we left and went to essential beauty and the service and experience was so much better!

I had a piercing done very poorly at a different place, went into SK today get the jewellery changed over and fixed up. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the workers name but she was amazing! She helped me out straight away with amazing energy. 10/10 service. Not only was she really friendly but also very professional! Every time I have been in the store the staff have always extremely welcoming and helpful.

my piercer was obviously very knowledgeable and informed about what they were doing. i felt really safe and comfortable, and my piercing is healing really well :))
