Every time I call they answer quickly and book me promptly. When the esthetician is behind, the front desk lets me know and keeps me updated, which I really appreciate, sometimes even helps by numbing and washing the face before treatments, which is a big help keeping my appointment on time. Ariana, the nurse here is professional and gentle. I always feel confident in her care. The spa feels organized and welcoming, and the staff is professional. Overall, a smooth and positive experience every time.
