Nichelle is professional and very thorough. I had my first microderm with her yesterday what a great woman!
Nichelle was friendly, professional, helpful and the experience was so soothing and relaxing . I really enjoyed my session and look forward to returning.
I booked an appointment and they "declined" the appointment. They sent me a txt letting me know that the appointment got cancel and to contact them. When I tried to contact them, they sent me a completely unprofessional text asking me: What do I want? It made me feel dumb, I was just trying to get a service from them. Not a pleasant experience. After writing this review, SkinFit, texted me calling DUMB and INCOMPETENT.
If you dont want to be harrassed, do not leave a review. If they don't like your review they will harrass you and call you names. Stay away from this place.
You treat all clients with respect and courtesy, ha ha what a joke. After several attempts to get in on a Groupon , she canceled for most stupid reasons,cannot find electrucal, cord,machine not working, etc. I quickly realized I wasn't let this lady touch my face. I wanted a refund ,she went ballistic and pycho. She called and cussed me. I reported her to Groupon, she has violated their code of ethics. This business owner gives our city a bad name. You do t want to deal with he,very unprofessional. Run run run
