I was so disappointed with the establishment. I had scheduled a surprise appointment for my daughter birthday to get a massage and facial weeks ago at least 3 weeks in advance. Appointment was set for July 30th @2:05 on her birthday. I had a rude awakening. On July 29th I received a reminder via email of the appointment. I booked the facial + massage combo and it was an amazing experience! They both were so relaxing I would do them every week if I could! She was very informative during my facial about my skin type and how the products I were using were effecting me. I’m starting the “hyperpigmentation bootcamp” and can’t wait to see some progress!
Worse service ever!
Best spa experience i’ve had in a while. 10/10 Definitely recommend the massage + facial combo !
