I would not recommend Tracey. She charged me for a “consultation” prior to my facial, which was basically me telling her about my own skin for 5 min. She did not have any insight that I did not already know or tell her myself. This additional charge was not advertised prior to the service nor did I have an option to opt out. As for the service, it was one of the weakest “facial” I have ever received where she basically poked around my face using very light pressure. This is not what I was expecting at all. Tracey has helped me with my skin for the past 7 years. I have extremely sensitive skin and I go to her because her products are gentle and they do not irritate my skin. I started using Dermologica on my face and it’s still the only products I can use that don’t make me break out. I get a facial once or twice a year.
