Highly unorganized scheduling at this place. Worst experience with a skincare facility. First I scheduled an appointment for 11am, which they confirmed. Then they rescheduled me for 10am without even confirming with me. When I said I couldn't make it they then said they would put me down for 12pm which I agreed to. Then all of a sudden my original appointment for 11am became available. I rather lose a groupon of $35 then have to deal with this nonsense. I should've read the other review prior to purchase. RecommendedI would definitely recommend Dr. Zheng and his staff. I have had UL Therapy done on my neck and am very pleased with the results.
When I came here I knew that I didn't just walk into a medical spa, I walked into a family. The staff is warm and informative which puts just about anyone at ease. The facial I got with Carolina really cleared up my face and left me feeling rejuvenated. Also, she massaged me!
I have been very pleased with the services I've received. To be able to improve my skin without going through invasive surgery is great! Dr. Zheng and his staff make you feel very comfortable and closely monitor you as your results get better and better!
