Friendly professional staff. Dr. Gravely is very observant of small skin lesions, and provides good analysis. Taylor, his assistant, has a comfortable presence and appreciates humor from elderly folk dreading skin cancer. Also nice to see and use a well designed architectural building. Attention to detail spills over to how they treat clients.
