Fast efficient intake for a new patient, pleasant waiting room (for the 30 seconds I waited) and excellent and empathetic care from Dr. Koch. Overall, excellent medical care and a well-run office.
This is my second time coming to this office. I wasn’t impressed last time or again this time. I won’t be coming back. I asked my provider if she could freeze a few little spots off for me. She told me that insurance doesn’t cover that and I would have to pay out of pocket 250 dollars for up to 15 spots. And then she argued with me about it to the point I decided hell with it!
