I really seeing her. After the services I received, my skin was left burning and my skin barrier felt severely damaged. Months later, my skin still has not returned to how it was before my appointment. This has been an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience, and I wish I had never gone.
I had an interaction with the owner that left an extremely poor impression. I found the communication and handling of the situation unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking basic courtesy. When someone runs a client-facing business, how they treat people matters just as much as the service itself. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting this business with my time or money again.
