Been going here for some time now and the service is just always remarkable! Krystal makes me feel so comfortable, it’s like having your best friend wax your kitty lol I will never go anywhere else for a wax because this type of comfortability is hard to find in businesses. Krystal has definitely made her presence into a judge free zone. Cannot recommend her more!
Bought a Groupon and scheduled an appointment at the Hesperia office. Waited 45 minutes, no one showed up. No one answered the phone or responded to messages and emails left. Very unprofessional. I do not understand how they run a business like this. I think their positive reviews are from friends, not actual clients.
