I had a highly disappointing and frustrating experience with Skin Works Med Spa. Paige, who operated this business, scammed me out of over $3,000. Despite closing her business and having over 14 months to repay the debt, she still owes me over $2,400. I even offered her the opportunity to pay it back over time with no interest, but she refused to make consistent payments. It’s so hard to book an appointment! Never heard back from the owner, still owes me some sessions that I paid for. Last appointment she was a no show and told me there was a booking error, I called emailed no answer. I tried to reschedule never heard back. She can’t even follow up, I’m so disappointed.

Paid a lot of money for laser hair removal and after many, many sessions there was no difference made. After the amount of seasons I had here there should at least be little change but there was none at all. Very unorganized and very poor communication as well. Extremely upset and disappointed with my experience here.
