Billed a minor for an appointment made with a minor. Parent called on three occasions and was told it was taken care of. The bill was sent to collections. A call was placed on 8/18/2025. The receptionist was extremely rude. I have worked in healthcare care care for over 25 years and I have never been treated so poorly. Unbelievable poor customer service. I had the Mohs procedure done on May 21. ,2024. Very poor instructions on wound care. Hoffman is a very poor communicator and does not explain things. He has very poor bedside manner. I have worked in the medical field for thirty years and this is the poorest clinic I have ever seen. Hoffman and his staff have no concern for their patients. After two weeks the stiches were removed and the wound opened wider. They had not put in enough stiches or had not done it right. The clinic is impossible to get a hold of. When you ... read more
This place is an absolute joke. The providers we have seen have been fine, but when it comes to the business itself, I have no idea how they stay open. I have not had one appointment, that they have not messed up. There is no communication between staff or the patient, along with giving you incorrect information half of the time, you can never get ahold of anyone on the phone at location, because they do not have their own line.
