A business's policies say a lot about how they value their clients, and this experience left me feeling like the policy mattered more than the customer. I won't be returning and would encourage others to carefully review the cancellation policy before booking. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Casey gives the best facial massages! The environment is incredibly relaxing and calm, making it the perfect escape. She takes the time to explain what she noticed about your skin during the massage and offers realistic recommendations that really help. I always end up falling asleep, and I leave feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated every time. Highly recommend!

She is incredibly knowledgeable about holistic skincare, which is so rare to find, and she truly takes the time to educate and personalize each session.
