Not very ethical people stole someone's phone and drained his account instead of turning phone in. Alaura who is a co owner of this establishment sent almost 800$ to her company account. Is this really the type of people we want to give our money too.
First and foremost, this was probably one of the quickest and best waxes I have ever received. Unfortunately, I found the conditions to be much less than sanitary. I almost walked out but was leaving the next week for vacation and did not have time to go anywhere else. None of the women in the photo were there. The person who did my wax was not dressed professionally, certainly didn't speak professionally, nor did she act professionally. Aurora was Amazing. Made me feel at ease very quickly.. very personable. She is a professional, and very good at what she does. I cant say the process is painless, but she moves quickly and efficiently.. i definately reccomend her.
