I recently had a consultation at Skin Vitality Medical in Whitby for my acne and acne scarring, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. I was hoping to discuss treatments such as microneedling or resurfacing, but instead was mainly advised to use their topical skincare products. I felt the consultant was more focused on selling their topical treatments than genuinely understanding my concerns and discussing suitable treatment options. The consultation did not meet my expectations, and I decided not to proceed with treatment.
Had a great experience here - Lisa, Jocelyn, and Ana were super friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to going back :)
My nurse Anna was so knowledgeable and reassuring. She was so clear in explaining every step of the process. I felt very confident in the procedure and am so happy with the results!
