UPDATE: Went to the Mississauga location and had a much better experience. Lovely staff and very accommodating. Came here for a lip flip in March, had a wonderful experience. It was a younger girl but she was great, gave me numbing cream because I have a lot of needle anxiety. It was quick and painless and lovely. I noticed the results only lasted about 20 days, so I went back in April for another one. This is not specific to this locations but in general Skin Vitality. I have booked 3 sessions and already paid for Fraxel laser treatment last 2023 and to this day I have not finished my sessions because IT IS A PAIN TO BOOK WITH THEM. I initially booked this because it was near my location but they no longer have the machine in this location. I have to drive 2-3 hrs away and I cant even get a booking and I cant get a refund as well? My God if I knew it is going to be this hard to get what I paid for I would have NEVER chose... read more
