I have been going to this clinic for a good long time. Nurse Amanda had been wonderful. However, I had an appointment today with nurse Ricky. I had to wait for 40 minutes for my appointment. She was disrespectful to me in several ways: - does not listen to what the patient is asking for, cuts you while speaking. - When I tried to explain what doses I had before at Canada medlaser, she asked me to go to Canada medlaser and not to come to Skin Vitality again. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic today was very disappointing. I came in for Botox after hearing positive things about the clinic, and I genuinely believed I would be in good and trustworthy hands. Sadly, that was not how I felt when I left. For me, honesty and integrity are just as important as the quality of the treatment. I expect to be advised based on what I actually need, with the goal of achieving a natural and satisfying result—not simply being encouraged to purchase more units. I have been to Skin Vitality multiple times and, for the most part, have had positive experiences. My most recent issue occurred on August 27, 2026. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I had an outstanding balance from a previous appointment on July 2, 2025. I was required to pay this balance before I could proceed with my scheduled appointment- which I did not go through with.
