I went for Botox. I wanted a botox browlift, something I made very clear but the "nurse" was very hurried (clearly they make their money on volume of clients treated and don't give proper time and attention to each client). So she injected my brow so that my brows were frozen not in a lifted position but slightly downward, making my eyes appear small, exactly the thing I did not want. I will never go here again. She took the time to listen to my goals, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my treatment plan.
