Had amazing experience with the nurse Navjot. For a first timer to get the Botox done, she made sure I’m taken care of and helping me out with all the questions I had. The team is exceptional and answered post treatment quickly. Really happy with my results.

I’ve never actually had a service done at this location because EVERY appointment I had booked for laser hair removal was cancelled on me due to their lack of availability with appointment options. They also took my money BEFORE letting me know that their appointment options were limited. I suggest visiting the Oakville location instead.
I have had several visits to Skin Vitality Burlington location over the past several months. My first botox experience was with Aashi, she was very caring and delightful to work with. Since then I have worked with Sharda and one other nurse (who's name I did not catch) all of whom have been exceptional. I feel well cared for, and have been extremely satisfied with all my results.
