It was my first time getting waxed but it was a pleasant experience and the person that waxed me (Renee) helped me feel comfortable. My friend recommended it to me. It was very affordable compared to other places that I looked into and I got a discount due to being a student (there is also a discount for your first visit). I would definitely go again!
