There was a sign up at our gym about this. And I had met the lady before when she came down initially to the gym. I called the gym twice to give her my information to give me a call since they would t give out her number. Two weeks later still no call. Finally I received a call last week. No message. Called back. Left a voicemail. No call back. Wanted to get my mother in law in for appointment before she went to Florida and she isn’t allowed to tan. Terrible customer service. Should probably call clients back.
