There is NO LONG head neck or shoulder massage. It’s a scrub and then washed off. That’s it. That’s the whole point people do this treatment- hairdressers do a head massage for a minute and you love it. They don’t even do 10 seconds! Don’t waste your time or money. The owner also answers calls and rings clients on loud speaker. You can hear everything! No quiet or relaxation and so unprofessional. I held my cry until I walked out. Waste of time and money.
