I couldn't have been more pleased with my visit with Pat, I am one who is always learning and she being big on education and was very informative about skin health, and she explained every step so that I understood exactly what she was doing and why. I in general have pretty healthy skin but as in many things it's the fine-tuning that makes a look stand out, I received many compliments, my skin has had a healthy glow and has felt great since my visit!
Skin Therapease knows skin inside and out. I've struggled with acne for a long time. From over the counter washes and creams to dermatologist prescriptions, I feel like I've tried it all. This past summer I visited Pat at Skin Therapease, and with her help and expertise, my skin is dramatically clearer and less red. With a series of personalized facials, extractions, and BBL treatment, Pat helped my skin heal and look healthier. I am so appreciative of her knowledge, passion, and patience!
Unfortunately, a week after experiencing no results, whatsoever, I contacted Patty (the owner) to discuss this. She abruptly flew into a defensive position before listening to a full two sentences. She refused to stand behind the treatment and said "Its going to cost you" - I said, "It already did, $440.worth" She then admitted that they were returning to using the original product, for this very reason, verses the "alternative". Skin Therapease provides excellent facials. I've seen Pat regularly for the past year and she provides great treatment, service, and education on nutrition and overall skincare. Pat and her staff are very knowledgeable and service oriented. I highly recommend Skin Therapease.
