Incredibly poorly run practice. Showed up to my appointment and was told they were running “a bit behind” 8 patients to be exact… could not give me an estimate on how long they would be. To top it of the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Will be looking for literally any other surgeon, I don’t trust a practice that operates like the revenue office.
Needless to say, I was nervous going in to have a small skin cancer removed RIGHT BY MY EYE. The professionalism started with booking the appointment from my referral and continued until departure. My nurse, Sarah, was extremely helpful in answering questions and an expert at numbing such a tender area; Dr. Keane has a phenomenal bedside manner and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and worked with calm diligence. From start to finish I felt like my procedure was very important to them. All of the employees were very kind and considerate which under the circumstances was very comforting. My nurse was very soft spoken and caring. These are the kind of people who need to be in an environment such as this. I would highly recommend Dr Keane and his staff who made a difficult situation much more tolerable!

BEWARE… While setting up my appointment, for ( 1-02-2023 ), with their contact person ( I have Medicare )she informed me my share of the charge would be $550.00 . I asked if I could pay with a credit card and she said yes, when I arrived for my appointment at the front desk they asked for immediate payment and so I handed her my credit card and The receptionist said that there would be a 3% charge for using the credit card.
