I get my eyebrows threaded by Victraya, and she does an amazing job! My brows turn out amazing every time and she is beyond nice and professional. The salon has an amazing vibe and everyone is extremely welcoming. After getting my brows threaded at some of the other salons in Lansing I realized that not every salon has the same sanitary standards. But at 211 everything is always extremely clean and sanitary, which is very reassuring!
on 12/15 i went to Skin Studio 211 West Lansing for a full set of hybrid lashes (1st pic is about 2hrs after they were done), my lash tech was extremely sweet and nice but she left me on the table for a half hour while she went to the back to yell at her boyfriend for not being able to locate her daughter at school. i understand that we’re all human and things happen because i work in a similar industry but this girl left me laying there with 1/2 of my lashes on. the 2nd pic was 2 days after i got my lashes done, my eyes wer... read more
Lorin is the absolute the best! She is professional and kind! Her attention to detail is unmatched! Once I leave she has given me a I feel and look better and I’m so appreciative to have her as my aesthetician!

Grace is my absolute favorite! She’s so easy to talk to and does amazing on whatever service I’ve come in for. Have been coming back and will continue to come back!
