I had the signature facial done. I like how sherry buff out the dry skin making it vibrant. The room is relaxing with the purple color which is my favorite color.

This was my first time getting a microdermabrasion treatment, and while I understand I purchased through Groupon, I still expect a basic level of professionalism and cleanliness. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. One thing that made me particularly uncomfortable was how often Sherry made broad assumptions about my expectations, especially insisting that I was expecting instant results, even though I never said or implied that.
