We had an extremely disappointing experience working with Skin Spa, specifically Thomas Elzner and Katie Werbowski. Despite completing the agreed-upon shipment in full and providing every service as described in our written agreement, they have failed to pay the outstanding balance of $4,000, which was due upon delivery.
