Shady sales tactics. Got a call about a discount on a package. I said I go to the North Station location and they sold me the package no issue. Come to find out that location is closing and they booked my package for Back Bay. Never said that North station was closing when I was purchasing. Now I have a package it will be a major inconvenience to use the other sessions. Watch out.

It wouldn't matter because the service I was buying the coupon for is no longer provided because they have no practitioners. I've called several times and spoken to a manager at the Back Bay location and I've emailed. She said she would talk to upper management. Nothing has been done. It's been 10 months. Do not trust this company with your money...or your time. I will now contact the Better Business Bureau.
