We had an extremely disappointing experience working with Skin Spa, specifically Thomas Elzner and Katie Werbowski. Despite completing the agreed-upon shipment in full and providing every service as described in our written agreement, they have failed to pay the outstanding balance of $4,000, which was due upon delivery. As of today, that payment is 61 days past due. We have been more than patient and accommodating, sending multiple polite reminders and offering them ample time to settle the invoice. I love this location! It's always clean and welcoming, and such a fun location too. The staff are kind, professional, and patient. I had a Forma session with Suchana and it was incredible, totally a spa-like experience. I'm looking forward to more treatments with her! Highly recommend her and this location!!
