My wife got me a Groupon for this place, booked an appointment in January, then today the morning of the appointment (3 months later), I got a text saying that my appointment was cancelled and that I can book another appointment online, tried calling this business as soon as I got the text and no one answered. Unfortunately I can't recommend this business given our experience and I would avoid getting any relatee Groupon deals.
I had an appointment last week with the therapist. She contacted me using the same phone number as her website and wanted to reschedule to Tuesday feb. 8. I agreed and was excited for my massage. I went there yesterday at 8:20pm for my 8:30 appointment. Her office is in a building that has doors locked after 5pm. I contacted her through text and phone calls but she never responded.
