I have been very pleased with my results from the services I have received at this med spa and I highly recommend both Jen and Leah! The staff and atmosphere are great here too.
Bait and switch guys. Beware. Bought a groupon package for laser hair removal. The results have been very disappointing too. I do not see any improvement. Certainly not what I have been accustomed to with a previous spa. I CANNOT recommend Skin Solutions Medical Spa to anyone for laser hair removal or for their sales driven mentality.
If you want to get your hair removed completely, do not go here. I got the 6 treatment package and paid so much money and it didn't work at all for me. Every treatment all my hair was growing back. They even gave me extra treatments because it did not work on me and the treatments did not work. Their laser machines are awful. I would not go here at all if you want you hair to be removed because it didn't work at all for me. It just all grew back the next day.
This spa mislead me to believe I would be coming in to see Kim whom I had dealt w for years. I called 2 sep times to schedule w her. The first time I was told "Kim's not here on weekends" the 2nd time I was told she had a 1:15 slot open. When I arrived n was taken back to my room, only then did they tell me Kim was no longer there. I left n went to the Kim's new spa called Beautiful You on Clays Mill Rd. Lower prices AND the person I wanted scheduled w to start.
Excellent service and results. Have been to several other med spas in town and they do not compare. Won't go anywhere else now.
Can't believe that anyone could give this place a bad review. I am from out of town and just recently moved to Ky. I decided to have hair removed from by back at my wifes request and a tattoo removed. The staff could not have been anymore knowledgable and kind. I am 4 months post hair removal and am extemely satisified. They told me exactly what to expect. I would give this place 5 stars! Loved the staff!
I love Skin Solutions. I am 34 but my hands made me look 54 because of the numerous age spots. IPL treatments removed all of the age spots. :) My hands look young again. I've been back for other treatments; they exceed my expectations. The staff is awesome.
i love to go there,my skin looks so good,they do a great job,they are so nice and really want to help me with my skin,i look good,can't wait to go back.
