Skin Smart Aesthetics has the WORST customer service! This office charged my card for services they have yet to provide and to date has refused service. I’ve been calling for months trying to either be refunded or receive my office credit with no response. I would not use their services.
Been a patient of Skin Smart for five or so years...I’ve been seeing a P.A., David, for regular checkups once a year...never really needed anything more than that. I always liked David.
