They have had to cancel my last 2 appointments, yet have no problem making sure my monthly payment goes through. They came highly recommended but I am very disappointed in my experience.

I am writing for my 3 complete sessions of RF microneedling service which cost me $2120 without any results and the last session was 2 weeks ago. I had microneedling experience 3 times before in another SPA center. I called skin Secrets in July to purchase monthly membership. The secretory told me that I can have free consultation and she gave me some prices on phone about microneedling because I decided to use this service there. I always have the best experience here! The staff are welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The building is easy to find and is a great, relaxing environment. My esthetician, Morgan, always does a wonderful job! She is attentive, friendly, and truly cares about her profession and ensuring I am always taken care of during every appointment. She lets me know if there are any problem areas and always recommends routines to help accordingly. Definitely recommend her and Skin Secrets for all your self-care needs!
