Skin Script is not just another retail skincare shop. The front desk girls, Trini and Daisy are amazing with their product knowledge! They are so helpful and personable. Trini goes the extra mile to remember my info and have meaningful conversations with my son, who I take with me frequently. I’ve had some contact with staff coming in and out of the retail area and they are always so nice and have great attitudes. I love love love Skin Scripts all there staff is amazing especially Trini she is always so helpful and is so knowledgeable. I love there master classes are fantastic.
For products it's a good company but when I went in person to pick up products their customer service was bad. Me and and another customer waited in the lobby and their employees kept walking past us like we didn't exist finally someone asked me if I was helped and didn't even acknowledge the other person waiting.
Erika Atkinson is fantastic. She resolved something for me very efficiently! I love Skin Script and have been using for 10 Years now!
