Booked 3mths ago, traveled 2hrs to appointment only to be told to go away and come back…come back 30mins later, asked “you can’t wait 5 mins??” …..zero respect for my time and health….the most disappointing experience…have a thought for the country folk who take day off work and travel, we have more than one appointment….your utter disregard is obscene…and consider the older folk with arthritis…there’s only 2 chairs…asking us to wait outside in the cold is wrong…
