I have gone here 4 times now to get facials by the students. All the my experiences have been great and the students professional. My one dock of points is that I have noticed that it’s getting a little dingy and worn out loooking in there. The cleanliness could be better. Floors were dirty, walls were dingy need to be repainted, light bulbs are burnt out, my bedding was black on the areas that touched the floor! Just things like that. But if you’re looking for a good facial it’s a great place

This school is a joke when it comes to their scholarship competition. They claim anything “in violation of the spirit of the competition” isn’t allowed, but then turned around and allowed contestants to literally pay people for votes. That’s not a gray area — that’s straight-up bribery. The fact that it wasn’t considered cheating or grounds for disqualification is truly pathetic. I’ve been following the Skin Science Institute’s scholarship competition because I think it’s such a great idea to give future estheticians a chance to grow their careers. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed by how things were handled this year. There were clear cases of people creating fake accounts and even offering money in exchange for votes.
