LOVE this place!! They address my concerns they don’t try to sell me something I am not asking for and they know what they are doing. The whole team is super friendly and professional.
Staff is very knowledgeable and kind. They make you feel comfortable, answer any question you have no matter how ridiculous it may be, and aren’t pushy about doing other treatments or buying products.
My wife went to get a stem cell facial. She came home telling me it was one of the best experiences with customer service and knowledge of service she has received in years! Her aesthetician was Tiana and she adored her; she made her feel so comfortable and explained everything in great detail. Also my wife booked something else but after Tiana’s skin observation she suggested the stem cell facial which made her glad that she decided to what was best for the client and not just give the client what they assumed was best. The staff at Skin Science were absolutely amazing! They gave me a bundle package, saving me money. They were super professional. I didn’t have any negative, side, effects during the entire process. It was so easy. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and will go again for follow up treatments or to possibly explore other, cool, services, they also provide.
