Extremely unprofessional. After having a policy to show up within 10 mins or you’re charged and you need to cancel 48 hours in advance, Ashley cancelled 2 hours before my appointment that was already rescheduled for multiple weeks before. To get rescheduled I had to text multiple times. The whole thing truly felt like a scam
I made an appointment on line with Ash for a bundle of 3 microneedling sessions. I paid a $150 deposit. Ash later texted me to say that that my appointment time was promised to another client so that I needed to rebook. When i tried to rebook it on line it asked me to pay the deposit again. I texted her the date I wanted to rebook for and she said she would do it.
