I can’t rave this place enough. I am visiting from Canada for medical treatment for my son and needed my toe nails trimmed really bad ( had builder gel on too hard to clip myself). Highly professional, I had some bodywork and left feeling rejuvenated, great attention to details and care needs.
What a cozy little spa nestled away in Ravenna. Front desk was warm and welcoming as soon as I stepped inside, and offered me tea and water. I came in for a sensitive skin facial with Taylor, and she was so attentive. Asked me about my routine, problem areas, what I wanted to focus on for the day, etc.. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place here, and the facial itself was so relaxing. My face feel ultra-hydrated at the end! It was a nice reminder that it's okay to take care of yourself!
My husband gave me a $500 gift card for my birthday in May. Unfortunately, I had to travel for about a month, so I asked if they could cancel the gift card. they said no. I later disputed the charge through my bank, but even after the dispute was denied, Skin and Sage removed the entire gift card balance and tried to charge my debit card.
