I booked a facial for this evening at 5:45pm via ClassPass. I arrived 15 mins early per the instructions and waited outside her room where there was a sign that said a session was in progress so I continued waiting patiently. My appointment time came around and still nothing. I texted her twice and called her twice but the calls went to voicemail and the texts went unanswered. Nataliya was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and my face has never felt so soft! Laying on a warm, soft bed was icing on the cake!

Natalya at Skin Renew Facial Studio is incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly believes in and trusts the products she uses. My skin has noticeably improved over the last six months from seeing her regularly each month. Her at-home product recommendations have made such a difference too. I absolutely adore her!
